Tactical production-distribution planning models have attracted a great deal of attention in the past decades. In these models, production and distribution decisions are considered simultaneously such that the combined plans are more advantageous than the plans resolved in a hierarchical planning process. We consider a two-stage production process, where in the first stage raw materials are transformed into continuous resources that feed the discrete production of end products in the second stage. Moreover, the setup times and costs of resources depend on the sequence in which they are processed in the first stage. The minimum scheduling unit is the product family which consists of products sharing common resources and manufacturing processes. Based on different mathematical modelling approaches to the production in the first stage, we develop a sequence-oriented formulation and a product-oriented formulation, and propose decomposition-based heuristics to solve this problem efficiently. By considering these dependencies arising in practical production processes, our model can be applied to various industrial cases, such as the beverage industry or the steel industry. Computation tests on instances from an industrial application are provided at the end of the paper.  相似文献

产业组织政策的基本目标就是要促进产业实现有效竞争,我国盐业产业组织政策并没达到有效竞争的目标,长期处于"二元"产业组织结构。一方面"大工业盐"市场集中度较低,竞争过度,另一方面"食小盐"市场部门垄断严重,竞争缺失,导致产业组织效率低下。因此,当务之急,不仅要实行管制与竞争相兼容的盐业特许投标政策,还要出台规模经济与竞争活力相兼容的系列有效竞争政策——企业并购政策、经济规模政策和竞争活力政策,以促成金字塔形的产业组织体系,彰显各层次企业的规模经济,实现有效竞争,提高产业经济效率,进而提升我国盐业产业的国际竞争力。  相似文献

本文从社会形态理论的前提出发,以马克思社会形态理论的视域为主线,研究了马克思视域内的社会形态理论,即生产力视域内的社会形态理论、生产方式视域内的社会形态理论和人的发展视域内的社会形态理论以及三者之间的递进关系。生产方式视域以生产力视域为基础,但又不限于生产力视域,人的发展视域以生产方式视域为基础,但又不限于生产方式视域,从而得出马克思视域内的社会形态的概念。一方面,中国社会主义社会形态建立、建设和改革开放的实践,为我们准确全面地认识马克思视域内的社会形态理论创造了条件;另一方面,新世纪、新实践和新任务要求中国人重新准确地全面地把握马克思视域内的社会形态理论。  相似文献

Curation is a key mechanism of sociality in a digital era. With an abundance of information, sifting, sorting, selecting, hiding, and standing out become laborious tasks. While researchers have diligently documented people’s curatorial strategies, digital curation remains undertheorized in its own right. I therefore theorize digital curation by disentangling productive curation from consumptive curation, addressing how people curate content that they share, and that which they consume. I embed these agentic curatorial practices within structural bounds, both social and technological. In doing so, I offer a basic theoretical model that captures a dynamic relationship between individual curators, their social networks, and technological design.  相似文献

The traditional Cobb–Douglas production function uses the compact mathematical form to describe the relationship between the production results and production factors in the production technology process. However, in macro-economic production, multi-structured production exists universally. In order to better demonstrate such input–output relation, a composite production function model is proposed in this article. In aspect of model parameter estimation, artificial fish swarm algorithm is applied. The algorithm has satisfactory performance in overcoming local extreme value and acquiring global extreme value. Moreover, realization of the algorithm does not need the gradient value of the objective function. For this reason, it is adaptive to searching space. Through the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm, convergence rate and precision are both considerably improved. In aspect of model application, the composite production function model is mainly used to calculate economic growth factor contribution rate. In this article, a relatively more accurate calculating method is proposed. In the end, empirical analysis on economic growth contribution rate of China is implemented.  相似文献

Prior research has investigated the relationships between communication, collaboration and production of information/knowledge. Most of this research has been conducted either in developed countries where the internet facility is highly advanced or in developing countries with little internet access. Investigations in countries that fall in between these two extremes are rare. This study of respondents from higher education institutions and research institutes examines the relationship between collaboration and internet use, as well as productivity and internet use in the South African scientific system which has become a strong contributor to science in Africa.  相似文献

Abstract

Cloud computing is changing the way industries and enterprises run their businesses. Cloud manufacturing is emerging as an approach to transform the traditional manufacturing business model, while helping the manufacturer to align production efficiency with its business strategy, and creating intelligent factory networks that enable collaboration across the whole enterprise. Many production planning and control (PPC) problems are essentially optimisation problems, where the objective is to develop a plan that meets the demand at minimum cost or maximum profit. Because the underlying optimisation problem will vary in the different business and operation phases, it is important to think about optimisation in a dynamic mechanism and in a number of interlinked sub-problems at the same time. Cloud manufacturing has the potential to offer decision support as a service and medium of communication in PPC. To solve these problems and produce collaboration across the supply chain, this paper provides an overview of the state of the art in cloud manufacturing and presents a model of cloud-based production planning and production system for sheet metal processing.  相似文献
